My classes are designed to empower women like you to balance their busy lives, stressful careers, and health through yoga. I offer private personalized sessions, online classes, and in-person group classes so that no matter what your life looks like right now, there’s a way to make yoga work for you!
Practice yoga with me in person at the studios here in Amsterdam, NL, where I often sub for other teachers. I teach gentle flow, vinyasa and strong classes of all levels, from beginners to advanced. I am very excited to teach you in person and look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Strong Flow will give you all the benefits and blissful feeling of a regular yoga class while building on what you have already done. You will be challenged with more challenging poses, flows, and sequences that target your specific body needs while you flow, breathe and sweat. All levels are welcome, but not recommended for a first class ever.
Private yoga classes give you the opportunity to focus on your individual needs, gain insights and learn new skills without distraction. They give you the chance to set time aside to work on areas you are specifically interested in developing, learning new moves and deepening your understanding of yoga.
Private group classes are also available.
Corporate classes are also available upon demand.
